Your right of withdrawal
Under European consumer law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
How does it work?
- Send us your request by email to aybna06@gmail.com, with your order number. You may use the form below, but it is not mandatory.
- We send you the return address.
- Send the product back no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision.
Conditions
The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging if possible. You may handle it as you would in a shop to assess it; any loss in value resulting from use beyond that may be deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Refund
We refund the amount paid, including the original delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. The refund may be withheld until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent. It is made using the payment method used for the order.
Defective or non-conforming product
You benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the problem: we will offer a repair, replacement or refund, at no cost to you.
